How to pass the tests work today?
In the technical field there are plenty of companies use tests for potential candidates. Is tested reading, math, memory etc. .. Some of these tests can be very overwhelming and that they are in sync is another stress added to the mix. Their frustration living in this era that the only way to get a job today is to adopt a standard test given to multiple candidates. I've played like a maze or a procedure to eliminate that companies want and they do not want. Was it always like this? I thought my experience there was a big thing for me. But to my surprise a lot others in my (current) older generation, or even are able to capture talent and this is where competition comes from. Ya no longer have a gift that stands out. Everyone is capable of doing. What bothers me is that somehow the older generations are not able to keep up with new technologies today. So it is expected a lot of us today. How much harder it is for future generations?
I was just down, speak when you have only positive responses and contribute all that you know will help in the review of work .. they know they really believe in this company.When settled in their work, choosing a mentor (. the largest real insight into all the work) perhaps you can add to their incompetence by letting them know that you too will add to the mix .. be a team player, although it is possible have to work harder to add something to demonstrate their willingness to get the done.That work is really all you need, and do not forget to listen carefully when spoken of his colleagues at MAM work.Call them by names .. be educated, yes sir / will always help when you are a little younger.
